Professional Experience​

Over the course of her career, she has led the legal department of one of Ukraine’s largest companies, overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive asset protection strategy. This role combined managerial responsibilities with hands-on resolution of complex disputes, enabling the establishment of an efficient corporate security system.​

Before joining the Martyniv Law team, Denys spent 11 years with the State Tax Service of Ukraine, where he headed departments in Poltava and Zaporizhzhia, responsible for monitoring high-risk financial operations and implementing control measures to prevent tax evasion. This regional leadership experience provided him with strong expertise in tax control procedures, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. ​

After his public service career, he worked with Grant Thornton Ukraine, focusing on audit and tax risk assessment. ​

Consulted with the World Bank, researching war-related losses of Ukrainian businesses and developing proposals to improve tax legislation, and collaborated with the Danish Refugee Council on financial and compliance issues. ​

She has a proven track record in preparing and executing grant programmes, securing over USD 1 million in funding.​

Olha delivered centralised legal support for a group of seven enterprises, covering areas from contract management to construction and investment projects.
