Martyniv Law Firm Joined the Land Bank Forum: Results of the First Year of the “Land Bank” Project

Representatives of Martyniv Law Firm took part in the Land Bank Forum, dedicated to the anniversary of the “Land Bank” project – a joint initiative of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and State Land Bank LLC, supported by Expertise France in Ukraine.

The forum aimed to summarize the first year of the project’s implementation, which has established a modern and transparent system for managing state-owned agricultural lands. During this period, over 60,000 hectares of state land were transferred into transparent sublease through the Prozorro.Sale online auction system, generating more than 1 billion UAH in revenue for Ukraine’s budget.

The event brought together representatives of government institutions, the agribusiness sector, local communities, international partners, and the expert community. The discussions focused on the project’s results, challenges, and plans for further expansion of the initiative.
